What are the delivery times for cars from the USA?
The entire process from the moment of purchase in the USA to the departure of your car from the gate of the port of destination takes from 1.5 months (bought in New York State) to 3.5 months (bought on the West Coast). It all depends on the location of the particular car. Usually, it takes 7 to 14 days to transport a car across the US to the nearest port and send the car in a container. Shipping a car in a container by sea from the US East Coast will take about one month. If the port of departure is Los Angeles, it will take about 2.5 months for the container to sail to the port of destination. At the port of destination, we will need another 7 days to unpack the container, register, clear customs and release your car from the port.
How many cars fit into a container?
It all depends on the dimensions of the car. Typically, a 40-foot container will fit 4 golf cars, 3 standard sedans, or 2 full-size pickup trucks. But for the delivery of exclusive and expensive cars from the USA, we advise our customers to use a separate 20-foot container.
What is the payment procedure for car delivery services from USA?

All payments are made by non-cash settlement on the basis of the contract signed with the customer.

  • According to the terms of operation of US auctions, before the start of bidding, the customer must make an advance payment in the amount of 15% of the maximum bid for the lot, but not less than $1,500. We make this contribution on your behalf without commissions and surcharges on our part. The amount of the maximum bid per lot is determined by the customer. The prepayment amount is necessary to cover the fines of the auction, in case the customer refuses the already won lot.
  • After winning the auction, the customer pays the price of the lot (purchased car) and the auction fee. Payment is made on the basis of the official account of the US auction by making a bank transfer.
  • 14 days before the arrival of the container with the purchased car at the port of destination, the customer pays the transportation costs on the basis of the issued invoice.
  • Before starting the customs clearance of the car, the customer pays the pre-calculated customs payments. Payment is made by transferring money to the state budget.
  • Upon completion of the services and registration of the car, the customer pays the agency fee for the completed delivery.
